Progress and setbacks.  That has been the theme of the month.  Some very good things have happened.  There have also been a few… hiccoughs… so to speak.

From the most obvious!  Welcome to V1.5 of the website.  It isn’t fancy, but at least now I can finally upload some photos.  Better, nicer site coming later.

Speaking of photos…

Most of the stuff I take is shot by hand – and frankly on my iPhone cause, well, I mean I had a fancy camera but as you can see, 10 years later it’s not so fancy.  BUT! I wanted to get some shots of me playing and maybe try to see if I couldn’t get a few covers recorded for youtube purposes so… That^ up there^^ is my solution to a broken stand.

Unfortunately…

…there is a bit more broken with it than I first thought. (never mind I had to buy a new SD card just to use it.) But as you see here, I made due, and got some decent shots out of it too.  They’re in the photo albums, all of which are updated with new shots, some taken as recently as this morning!  😀

Oh, and did I say something about a video?  Thought I could use a bit of practice in recording things so, why not practice on a few covers?   AAAAaaaannnnd as soon as I can convince the lovely audio and video to sync I will be happy to post it.  @.@ never simple, is it?  –An aside: when did it get so hard to pull stills from video? Add new programs to my list of equipment I need…
